GUEST SAFETY & HYGIENE PROTOCOL

Amidst the ongoing situation caused due to COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members remains our top priority. We are committed to serve each of them in a safe and hygienic environment. We are closely monitoring developments on the pandemic and collecting all the relevant information from the concerned authorities. Our existing SOPs and Protocols are in line with the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MHFW) and Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

1.GUEST SAFETY

To ensure guest safety, sanitizers and wipes are placed at essential areas. All the guests shall be going through temperature check upon arrival will be are encouraged to follow safety norms at all times. Their luggage will be sanitized before shifting to the rooms. Self-declaration forms will be filled by all the guests at check-in to assess their medical and travel history. Appropriate Medical assistance will be provided to unwell guests as per the standard protocols issued by the Medical Authorities.

2. CLEANING & SANITIZATION

Best practices of cleaning and sanitization are being followed in all guest and back areas of the hotel. Re-modelled Electrostatic sprayers with professionally identified chemicals are being used to disinfect the hotel entrances, employee entrances, as well as various public areas.

3. RECEPTION

Reception desks are secured by glass shielding to maintain distance. Reduced contact points during check-in, digital/ contactless payments and express check-out are encouraged.

4. GUEST ROOMS

All touch points in rooms like door handles, bathroom fixtures, furniture, drawers, remotes, table tops go through highest levels of sanitization and hygiene standard. All guest laundry and room linen are treated with enhanced wash cycles. All departure rooms go through proper sanitization and rested for up to 48 hours before being allocated to any new guests.

5. DINING

All the dining areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on regular intervals… The furniture and fixtures of the restaurant like tables, chairs, workstations, table tops, and linen etc. is thoroughly cleaned with disinfectants and sanitized on daily basis.

6. SOCIAL DISTANCING

Signage is placed in guest areas to remind our guests and associates to maintain social distancing.

7. TRAINING PROGRAMS

Mandatory trainings are being given and mock drills are conducted for all team members in order to sensitize them about the guidelines prescribed by the Government of India for maintaining personal hygiene and safety. Awareness and emergency posters are placed in all back areas to have a lasting impression on team members.

8. SAFETY ASSURANCE

All our team members wear masks and gloves at all times. PPE including masks and gloves are provided to guests on request. To ensure that all standards and protocols are adhered to, we have a dedicated Hygiene and Safety Manager.
